Termination Policy Of The EC2 Instances During The Scale-In Activity Of The Autoscaling Groups

Create An Autoscaling Group

In this article, we will create an autoscaling group and then change the termination policy of the autoscaling group. Use this link to create the autoscaling group.

Change The Termination Policy

To change the termination policy, select the autoscaling group. A section will appear at the bottom. In the Details tab, scroll to the Advanced configurations section. Click on the Edit button.

Another screen will appear where you can choose the termination policy and click on the Update button to save the policy.
