Add A New User Using The AWS Console






Types Of Users In AWS




  1. Root user
    1. Root is the user of the highest priority
    2. There is only one root user per account
  2. Admin user → This user type has all the privileges as the root user except the following differences: -
    1. Admin users cannot change their credit card details
    2. Admin users cannot delete an account
  3. Power User → This user type has all the privileges as Admin except the power user cannot access IAM. In other words, the Power User cannot create a user or a group, or a policy
  4. End User → This user contains limited rights. This user can access only those resources which are assigned to him by an Admin user
