In this article, we will access the IIS home page over the internet in AWS. Here, we will work on the following steps: -

Launch An EC2 Instance With IIS Enabled

First, launch an EC2 instance with IIS enabled. You can refer to this link.

Install SSL on IIS on the EC2 instance. You can refer to this link.

Add the new inbound rule for the https in the security groups, that are assigned to the EC2 instance.
