The Term 'Add-Migration' Is Not Recognized As The Name Of A Cmdlet In .Net Core

Error

"The term 'add-migration' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again".

Solution

Open "Package Manager Console". For that go to "Tools" → "NuGet Package Manager" → "Package Manager Console".
Write the following commands.

Install-Package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools -Version <version>
Update-Package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools -Version <version>
Get-Help about_EntityFrameworkCore

You will get the following image.

Post that, you can execute the "add-migration" command.
