Stealth Mode In Automation Anywhere 10.5

In this article, we will discuss about stealth mode in automation anywhere.

What Is Stealth Mode?

One of the synonyms of word ‘Stealth’ is ‘secrecy’. So stealth mode is used provide secrecy to the process automation.

It means, when bot is running in stealth mode then no one can see the steps performed by the bot. This mode is used when the bot processes sensitive information.

How To Enable Stealth Mode?

In the task window, you can check the checkbox ‘Run this task in stealth mode’ to enable stealth mode.

Example

In this example, we will perform following steps

Go to a web page and enter credit card information.
Click on next button.
Enter address.
Prompt a message ‘Done’.
Make address textbox blank.

Let us see what will happen if we perform the above actions without enabling stealth mode.

Now enable stealth mode, and run the bot.

In stealth mode, all the steps are hidden, and we can see the process after the completion of final step.
