Split A PDF Document Into Multiple PDF Files In Automation Anywhere 10.5

In this article, we will split a PDF document into multiple PDF files using ‘Split Document’ action in ‘PDF Integration’ command.

Split Document Action

‘Split Document’ option is present under ‘PDF Integration’ command.

Example

For this article, we have a PDF with 3 pages and we want to split it into 3 PDFs. First, drag and drop ‘Split Document’ and you will get following window

We have specified the PDF file name that will be split.
In the ‘Output File Creation Options’, we have specified ‘Pages Per File’ as 1. It means that if there are three pages in the PDF file, it will be split into 3 PDFs with one page each.
In ‘Output File Details’, we have specified the folder path and the file prefix.

Click on Save and run the task. 3 PDFs gets created
