Slide Master In Powerpoint

In this article, we will discuss about slide master in PowerPoint.

What Is Slide Master?

Slide master contains the list of predefined templates in PowerPoint. You can get the list of these templates when you click on ‘New Slide’ in PowerPoint.

How To Access Slide Master?

To access the slide master

Go to ‘View’ tab.
Click on ‘Slide Master’ button.

Once you click on it, you will see the list of predefined templates

Customize The Predefined Template

Once you can access the predefined templates, you can also customize it like changing the background color, forecolor, font etc.

Let us select any template and change the background color.

What Is The Impact?

Once you have done changes in the slide master, follow these steps

Go to ‘View’ tab and click on ‘Normal’ button.

Go to ‘Home’ tab and click on ‘New Slide’.

Here you can see your new customized slide.
