‘Send Email’ Command In Automation Anywhere 10.5

In this article, we will discuss about ‘Send Email’ command in automation anywhere.

Email Settings

Before we use the ‘Send Email’ command, it is important to set up SMTP, port number, user name and password.

We can do that using ‘options’ in ‘Tools’ menu.

Once you click on the ‘Options’, a popup window will appear. Select ‘Email Settings’.

Here you can do all the settings for sending email.

‘Send Email’ Command

Drag and drop the ‘Send Email’ and following window will appear

Here you can set ‘To’, ‘CC’, ‘BCC’, ‘Subject’, ‘Attachment’ and ‘Message’. Click on Save.

Following code will be added.

Once you run the task, an email will be sent to intended recipient.
