Select Multiple Files From Asp.Net File Upload Control

In this article, we will discuss how to select multiple files from asp.net file upload control.

For this article, I have created 4 sample files on a path.

Allowmultiple Attribute

By adding AllowMultiple attribute in file upload tag, multiple files can be selected.

Example

In this example, I have 2 controls

File upload control
Button control

First, I will select all the files on a path and then click on the button do display file names.

Asp.net page

<asp:FileUpload ID="upload" runat="server"  AllowMultiple="true"/>

<asp:Button ID="btnClick" Text="Click" runat="server" OnClick="btnClick_Click" />
