Secure Recording In Automation Anywhere

In this article, we will discuss about secure recording.

Purpose

In automation anywhere, there is an option to take screen shots by using ‘Set SnapPoint’ option.

When bot is working on the application that contains sensitive information like banking website, taking snapshot is a security risk.

To reduce that, automation anywhere provides an option for the secure recording. Secure recording prohibits screen shot (or recording) of information.

How To Enable Secure Recording?

To enable secure recording

Login to control room as an administrator.
Go to ‘Administration’ tab.
Click on ‘Settings’.
Click on toggle button ‘Secure recording’
