Read Column And Read Row Activities In Uipath

In this article, we will discuss "Read Column" and "Read Row" activities in UiPath.

Excel File

In this example, we will use the Excel that contains the following data.

Read Column Activity

The "Read Column" activity reads a particular column. Consider the following activity.

Here, "A1" specifies the starting of the table. So, the first record would be "Name", the second record would be "Karan" and the third record would be "Ajay".

Similarly, if we change "A1" to "B1".

In this case, "B1" specifies the starting of the table. So, the first record would be "Age", the second record would be "17" and the third record would be "31".

Let us work on an example. In this example, we will output the records in the text file.
