Prebuilt Domain In LUIS

In this article, we will discuss "Prebuilt Domains" in LUIS.

Purpose

Prebuilt Domains are predefined sets of entities and intents.

How To Work With Prebuilt Domains?

To add a new prebuilt domain

Click on the "Prebuilt Domains" on the left-hand side menu.

You have a list of predefined domains.

To add the domain, click on the "Add domain" button. For this example, we will use the "Email" domain.
Once the domain is added, you can see the intents associated with this domain in the "Intents" section.

Let us click on any intent ("Email.AddFlag" intent for this example). You can see the list of predefined utterances.

How To Test?

Before you test the newly added intent, you must first train the bot by clicking on the "Train" bot.

Once the training process is completed, you can then test it.
