Mongodb Compass

This article explains MongoDB Compass.

Purpose

MongoDB Compass is an interactive tool for querying, optimizing, and analyzing your MongoDB data.

This is the UI of MongoDB Compass.

Click the Connect button. The following screen will appear.

On the left-hand side, you can see the list of databases. You can expand any database to view the list of documents inside it.

You can click the ellipsis (…) and select open in new tab.

The document will open on the right side of the screen.

You can perform insert, update, delete, or other operations on the document.
