Mongodb Compass

In this article, we will discuss the MongoDB compass.

Purpose

The MongoDB compass is an interactive tool for querying, optimizing, and analyzing your MongoDB data.

This is the UI of MongoDB compass.

Click on the Connect button. The following screen will appear.

On the left-hand side, you can see the list of databases. You can expand any database and check the list of documents inside the database.

You can click on the ellipsis (…) and click on the open in new tab.

The document will open on the right-hand side.

You can perform insert, update, delete, or other operations on the document.
