What Is Merged Manifest File?

Android studio contains multiple manifest files. When the APK is created, all the manifest files are merged into the single manifest file called merged manifest file.

How To Check Merged Manifest File?

To check the merged manifest file, you can open AndroidManifest.xml in android studio.

Here we have 2 tabs ‘Text’ and ‘Merged Manifest’. Click on ‘Merged Manifest’ button to open.

Once you open it, you can see the list of sources of manifest files
