Flow
An Organization Has a Goal
Defines what it wants to achieve (e.g., growth, efficiency, innovation).
Strategy
A high-level plan outlining how to achieve the goal (e.g., digital transformation, cost reduction).
Enterprise Architecture (EA)
A detailed blueprint that ensures business and IT alignment by defining the necessary technology, processes, data, and governance to support the strategy.
Infrastructure and Implementation
The actual execution of the architecture through IT systems, software, and business processes.
