Steps

1. Go to the URL - https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/analysis/scan/sonarscanner/
2. Click on the appropriate link according to the operating system.

A zip file gets downloaded.


3. Extract the file to any location on your system.
4. Next step is to add an entry in the environment variables
