If Activity In Uipath

In this article, we will discuss ‘if’ activity in UiPath.

Purpose

‘If’ activity is a statement that checks the condition. If the condition is true an activity gets executed. If the condition is false, then another activity is executed.

Example

In this example, we will check if the year (entered by the user) is a leap year or not. For this example, we will follow these steps: -

Create a variable "year"
Add an ‘input dialog’ activity
Add ‘if’ activity and add a condition in ‘if’ activity
Add message box if condition is true and add another message box if condition is false

First, create a variable "year"

Add ‘if’ activity and add a condition in ‘if’ activity.

Add message box if condition is true and add another message box if condition is false.

Now save and run the bot and you will get following output.
