How To Calculate Robo Sizing?

Robo Sizing referred as number of BOTs are required to match baselines process volume and SLA.

Input required for calculating the robo sizing are SLA, transaction volume/peak, robo AHT.

Robo Sizing= Daily Volume/Invoice Processed per day by one Robo

Let’s take example of monthly volume is 78,356. So, for one day average, it is approx. 2800 (considering 28 processing days in a monthly period). For robo sizing, 20% peak is to be considered. So, daily peak volume to be handled by robo is 3360.

Considering 3360 daily peak volume, 22 processing hours in a day and 3 minute AHT, we need 7.63 robos for processing.

Total Robo count required is 8 for 3360 transactions in one day.
