DynamoDB Streams In AWS

In this article, we will discuss DynamoDB streams in AWS.

Purpose

The DynamoDB stream captures the information about the modification of data in the table.

How To Enable Dynamodb Stream In AWS?

To enable the DynamoDB stream, create a new DynamoDB table. Once the table is created, go to the details screen of the table.

In the details screen, click on the Exports and streams tab.

In the Exports and streams tab, scroll down to the DynamoDB stream details section. Click on the Turn on button to enable the stream.

Once enabled, a screen will appear to select the View type.

Click on the Enable stream button to enable the DynamoDB stream.
