High Availability

Availability is the feature that allows the computing infrastructure to continue working in case of any failure. Cloud guarantees a certain percentage of uptime. This table explains the uptime table.

Auto-Scalability

Scalability is the ability to handle increased/decreased demands by adding/removing resources.

Azure provides auto-scalability where azure adds the resources when the demand for resources will increase or vice-versa.

Elasticity

Azure adds the resources when the usage increases and removes the resources when usage decreases.

Disaster Recovery

Disaster recovery means the recovery of resources in case of system failure.
