Create Our First Bot In Automation Anywhere In The A2019 Version

Create Your First Bot

1. Login to the control room.
2. Go to BOTS → MyBots

3. On the MyBots screen, click on the Create new → Bot.

4. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the bot name. Once the bot name is entered, click on the ‘Create & edit’ button to create a new bot.

5. On the left-hand side, there is a list of actions. You can drag the action from the left-hand side and drop it to the right-hand side.

6. For this example, I am using the action "Message box". Above the action list, there is a search box. You can search any action. For this example, we will use the action called "Message box".

7. Once you drop the "Message box" action, you can see the property window opened on the right-hand side of the screen. In this window, you can set up the properties of the action. For this example, I am setting the "Enter the message to display" attribute.

8. Finally, click on the "Save" button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
