Scenario

You are part of a development team working on an "e-commerce website". In the current Sprint, the team has committed to delivering the following features: -

Add a "Buy Now" button to product pages.
Enhance the checkout process with a discount coupon system.
Improve search functionality with autocomplete.

How Multiple Increments Are Created?

Week 1

The "Buy Now" button is developed, tested, and meets the Definition of Done (DoD). The code is merged, tested, and ready for production.

Week 2

The discount coupon system is completed, tested, and meets the Definition of Done (DoD).

Week 3

The search autocomplete feature is finished and Definition of Done (DoD).

The Final Word

Every week in the sprint, we are creating an increment that meets the definition of done.
