Create A Build Pipeline For The PHP In Azure Devops

In this article, we will create a build pipeline for the PHP in Azure DevOps.

Creation Of A Pipeline

First, click on the "New pipeline" button to create the new pipeline.

A page appears where you can select the type of version control. Click on the "Use the classic editor" link.

Another screen appears to select the source. Click on the "Continue" button.

Another screen appears to select the template. Click on the "Empty job" link.

In the "Tasks" section, click on the "+" button to add the task.

On the right-hand side, search the "Copy files" task and click on the "Add" button to add the task.

Add another task "Publish build artifacts".

Once both the tasks are added, copy the "Path to publish" field from "Publish Artifact: drop" to "Target Folder" of the "Copy Files to:" task.

Click on the "Save" button to save the pipeline.

Run The Build

To run the build, click on the "Queue" button. A window appears on the right-hand side.

Click on the "Run" button. Once the build got succeeded, you can see the following status.
