Configure The Agent To Send Data To Multiple Log Analytics Workspaces In Azure

In this article, we will configure the agent to send data to multiple log analytics workspaces in Azure.

Steps

For configuring the agent to send the data to multiple workspaces, we will work on the following steps: -

Configure agent in virtual machine
Add multiple workspace

So, let’s get started.

Configure Agent In Virtual Machine

First, download the agent and install it on the virtual machine. You can follow this link.

Add Multiple Workspace

To add multiple workspaces, login to the virtual machine. In the control panel, search "Microsoft Monitoring Agent". Click on the "Microsoft Monitoring Agent".

A pop-up window will appear. On the "Azure Log Analytics (OMS)" tab, click on the "Add" button.

Another popup window will appear. In the new popup window, enter the "Workspace ID" and "Workspace Key".

Click on the "Ok" button. The window will close. Once the new workspace is added, the virtual machine will start sending data to multiple workspaces.
