In this article, we will discuss AWS trusted advisors.

Purpose

The AWS trusted advisors give you recommendations about the best practices that you should follow to save cost and for the optimal usage of the resources.

How To Access The AWS Trusted Advisors?

You can log in to this URL using the same credentials that you are using for the AWS console.

AWS Trusted Advisors Dashboard

Once you login, you can see the dashboard as the landing page. On the dashboard, the summary is displayed based on the following categories: -

Action recommended (red) → This section contains the recommendations that require urgent action
Investigation recommended (yellow) → This section contains the recommendation that may not be an issue at that point of time but can convert into an issue in the future
Excluded items (gray) → This section contains the list of resources that you want to exclude from the AWS trusted advisor check
