Array Some Function In Javascript

In this article, we will discuss the "some" function in JavaScript.

Purpose

The "some" function of an array checks the particular condition on all the items of an array. If the condition is fulfilled by any element in an array then the function returns true else false.

Example

In this example, we are checking if there is any number in the array having value greater than 18.

        <head>
            <script>
         var arr = [12, 13, 14, 15, 21];
         
         console.log("The value greater than 18 exists in the array:" + arr.some(CheckValue));
         
         function CheckValue(val) {
         
             return val > 18;
