Access Sharepoint Location Using Automation Anywhere






Add A Network Location




  1. Open SharePoint location in internet explorer.
  2. Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click on ‘Open with Explorer.’

  4. Location gets open in windows explorer.

  6. Copy the path of the location and go to ‘This PC’ or ‘Computer’.
  7. Right click on the empty space and click on ‘Add a network location’.

  9. Following window will appear. Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.

  11. Following window will appear. In this window, click on the option ‘Choose a custom network location’ and click on ‘Next’ button.

  13. Following window will appear. In this window, paste the SharePoint location (copied in point 4) and click on ‘Next’.

  15. Following window will come. Here, you can specify the name of the location and click on ‘Next’.

  17. Click on ‘Finish’.

Loop Through All The Files In Sharepoint Location




  1. Drag and drop ‘Each file in a folder’ command and you will get following window.

  3. Enter the SharePoint path and click on ‘Save’. To enter the path
    1. Go to the ‘This PC’ or ‘Computer’.
    2. Right-click on the location and click on ‘Properties’.

    4. Copy the path from the ‘Comments’ section and use it as path.

  5. Add a message with file name and extension.
